Four files will be delivered for each project site:

• To-scale 2D PNG that can be loaded to Photoshop for editing or even to AutoCAD to serve as tracing background

• To-scale 2D GeoTIFF that can be superimposed to GIS with a satellite map where horizontal distances can be measured

• To-scale 3D point cloud which provides a bird's-eye view where horizontal, vertical, and straight-line distances can be measured, and

• 360-degree first-person view navigable "ala Street View" with info boxes on relevant objects and physical security risks.

We will also provide file viewers and instruction at no additional charge.

Yes, but in a different way. ISIS uses separate LiDAR and 360 cameras where the captures can be directly saved to a computer for processing. Matterport and Realsee generally utilize all-in-one packages which are marginally better in terms of aesthetics because of integration. However, the difference in results is merely cosmetic.

Unlike Matterport and Realsee which run on specific online platforms, ISIS operates in OFFLINE mode unless explicitly required. Processing and viewing are independent of an internet connection. By default, the files are not hosted in a third-party cloud which could be compromised. Such "state-of-the-art" technologies are flashy, but ISIS offers a stable and cyber-secure environment with comparable image quality.

No. Delivery is OFFLINE through a USB flash drive to prevent unauthorized access. For your protection, ISIS will neither process nor upload the captures and deliverables to any online application or third-party server, unless explicitly required.

Yes. If desired, files that you can upload to a private server using an FTP program will be provided at no additional cost. The 360 Walk can be shared to the public with a link on your website, or to specific end-users.

If explicitly required, ISIS can arrange hosting on a third-party server. This is recommended if:

• you intend to make the 360 Walk accessible to the public

• you do not have a private server

• the subject location has no physical security risks

ISIS will take thermal images for free if relevant to the facility. We will also take higher-resolution pictures of relevant items and safety concerns. These can be viewed by clicking the info icons on the 360 Walk. Further, we can annotate the 360 panoramas with descriptive text.

It will take only one day per project site from capture to delivery.

• Gold Package: full 2D-3D-360 Imaging

• Silver Package: 360 Walk only

• Bronze Package: 360 Walk only, with a smaller scope

• Online Hosting: add-on to 360 Walk

Our service rate for 2D-3D-360 Imaging (Gold Package) is a one-time fee of 150k per project site with a maximum area of 1000 sqm and at most 50 waypoints. We can offer discounts for bulk orders and returning customers.

If only a 360 Walk (Silver Package) will be availed, our service rate will only be 75k per project site with a maximum area of 1000 sqm and at most 50 waypoints. If a smaller scope of work is desired (Bronze Package), our service rate will be reduced further to 25k per project site with a maximum area of 300 sqm and at most 15 waypoints. We can offer discounts for bulk orders and returning customers.

No. You can use the OFFLINE deliverables forever without paying recurring fees. However, for Online Hosting, a monthly fee of 1k is necessary for maintenance.
