Joshua P. Fernandez (Joshua) runs a company called NiggaJosh Electrical Supplies and Services (NiggaJosh). Its main target market is the distribution sector of the Philippine electric power industry. NiggaJosh creates 2D as-built images and 3D models of distribution substations using LiDAR. To complement LiDAR, Joshua explored the incorporation of 360-degree first-person views.

Realizing the service potential of such a combination, Joshua established Imagery Search and Information Services (ISIS) to provide 2D-3D-360 Imaging not only for distribution substations but for establishments in general.
