Joshua P. Fernandez (Joshua) runs a company called NiggaJosh Electrical Supplies and Services (NiggaJosh). Its main target market is the distribution sector of the Philippine electric power industry. NiggaJosh offers LiDAR services to model distribution substations. To complement the weaknesses of LiDAR, Joshua explored the incorporation of first-person 3D walks.

Realizing the service potential of such a combination, Joshua established Imagery Search and Information Services (ISIS) to provide 2D-3D-360 Imaging not only for distribution substations but for establishments in general.
